• All related services, tools, and features (collectively, the “Services

WoteMart provides a multi-tenant, multi-industry business operating system that enables users to:

• Manage multiple businesses and locations

• Operate across industries (retail, hospitality, health, etc.)

• Use shared tools such as inventory, product catalog, purchasing, and analytics

• Operate offline with synchronization when connectivity is available

To use certain features, you must:

• Create an account

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

WoteMart allows:

• Multiple businesses under one account

• Multiple users (employees, managers, administrators)

Each user has specific roles and permissions. You are responsible for managing these roles and ensuring that users comply with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for illegal or fraudulent activities

• Interfere with system security or integrity

• Attempt unauthorized access to data or systems

• Upload harmful or malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

• You retain ownership of all business and operational data

• Wotemart acts as a service provider (data processor)

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data

WoteMart provides offline capabilities:

• Data may be stored locally on your device

• Synchronization occurs when internet is available

ou are responsible for:

• Maintaining device security

• Ensuring proper synchronization

WoteMart may facilitate:

• Multi-currency transactions

• Payment processing through third-party providers

• Transaction management features

we:

• Do not process or store sensitive payment credentials

• Are not a financial institution

We are not responsible for:

• Payment disputes

• Charge backs

• Refunds

These are handled according to the policies of the respective payment providers.

WoteMart may evolve into:

• A B2B marketplace

• A SaaS ecosystem platform

This may include:

• Supplier and vendor connections

• Third-party applications and integrations

• Marketplace transaction fees

All rights, title, and interest in the Services (excluding your data) remain the property of WoteMart.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use the Services for commercial purposes without permission

WoteMart may integrate with third-party services.

We are not responsible for:

• Their availability

• Their policies or actions

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• Necessary to protect the platform

You may stop using the Services at any time.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service

• Error-free operation

• Specific business outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WoteMart shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Any claims arising from your use of the Services

You agree to indemnify and hold WoteMart harmless from:

• Claims arising from your use of the Services

• Violations of these Terms

• Misuse of data or platform features

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on your operational jurisdiction.
